Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best stuff on the market! I try not to run out of this product. I'm allergic to a lot of bandages, but I have the best results with Nexcare, and with Tegaderm in particular. I'm a crafter and artisan, and I'm pretty rough with my hands, and there have been times when I've jabbed sharp needle nose pliers into my index finger. I should have gotten sitches the last time, but i was late on a Sunday night. I washed the wound, wrapped it in a paper owel and held it above my head .First I wrapped it in Nexcare Ster-Strip then gauze and in a piede of Nexcare, then in Tegaderm. I kept it wrapped a few days, and it healed nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for sensitive skin Since I've taken steroids for years (for rheumatoid arthritis), my skin has become incredibly thin and fragile. I'm constantly getting bruises, skin tears, and even deeper wounds. Many wound care supplies (band aids, tape, etc) just won't work with my sensitive skin - they can hurt me even more. But Nexcare Tegaderm is perfect for my skin. I use it to cover and hold other wound coverings in place. And it's great for keeping wound supplies dry when I shower. I'm so grateful for this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing for stitches! I received a sample of the Nexcare Tegaderm and I put it in my first aid and honestly forgot about it. When I needed a bandage to cover my stitches I decided to try it and so glad I did! It kept my stitches clean and dry even after showers. I really loved how I could keep an eye on my incision site through the bandage. The site was also where my pants sit on my hip and these stayed on and in place. I ran out and had to use a regular band-aid and ouch! The white part pulled and scratched on my stitches and hurt. These are a little expensive but definitely worth it. Oh and it didn't hurt to change! They stick so well and don't hurt to pull off - how do they do that?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great wound care option I have been using this for road burn on my knee. Because of the location of the road burn, other bandages (along with Neosporin) rubbed the wound every time I moved my knee, which was extremely uncomfortable. I tried Tegaderm after seeing tons of recommendations for it online from other athletes who have used it for road burn and have been incredibly happy with it. It keeps the wound clean and moist without irritating it - and I can keep an eye on it (unfortunately, that also means I can see the exudate collecting...). It is very comfortable and sticks better than anything else I've used. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but totally worth it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okayish bandage I did like that the bandage sealed all of the way around, rather than just on the ends like most bandages I've used. However, it didn't stay sealed well enough to stay on after the first time I washed my hands. The top is waterproof, sure -- it repelled water directly hitting it, but the sides peeled off and water flooded under the bandage very quickly. If it was somewhere other than a part of the body that moves a lot (e.g. hands or joints), it would probably do better...but for the applications I tried it on, I had to change it just as often as any other bandage I've tried. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mother used after surgery My mom actually used my sample after she had surgery, she was having a very difficult time finding bandages that didn't irritate her skin. When I received my sample I asked her if she wanted to use it, after we basically peeled her skin off with the other bandages she had on, we cleaned her incisions and applied the Nexcare sample. After a couple of hours I went and asked her how she was feeling and she said that she loved the bandages. So I went out and bought a pack of them and that has been the best addition to her wound care right now. Her skin isn't peeled off and it isn't constantly irritated and itchy. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nextcare Tegaderm waterproof wound dressing This is what you call a "bandaid" with a bang! It is much better than just a regular wound covering. It is very easy to apply for starters. It also stays put very well and keeps anything from getting up under the tape to irritate your wound. My husband is frequently having little "accidents" as he is outdoors a lot and he tried one for the first time about a week ago and come through the house just yesterday asking if I had anymore of those "clear bandaids". If it is durable enough to stay on him as active as he is then it is a very good product. Definitely going to be a staple in our medicine cabinet from here on out [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing bandages My husband, who is on his feet for 12 hours a day, had a fairly large cut top of his foot that without being covered would get rubbed raw by the end of the day. And being covered it just wouldn't heal. When we tried this immediately we are both fairly skeptical that it would stay on, wouldn't slip, and would even work in terms of what we needed to do. After his first shift at work and he came home we took it off and surprisingly it was in place had not moved and kept his scrape well protected. After about a week it is almost completely healed and that's awesome!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
